Responsible for communicating with cross-functional Software development Teams to create processes related to automation to reduce manual work or to build software products and automation tools related to Core Network Engineering.
Responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams i.e. RF, Microwave, Backhaul and datacom to design, develop, and troubleshoot communication systems and automated tools that meet performance, coverage, and compliance standards.
Design, delivery and maintenance of telecommunication telco-cloud and packet core network solutions based on 3GPP and ETSI standards.
Design and implementation of end-to-end telco-cloud Core solution based on Kubernetes, SDN and OpenStack. Design and deliver 4G/5G solutions including 5G NSA, 5G SA, VoLte, VoWifi, VoNR for multiple CSPs
Design and implement 5G NSA, 5G SA, and EPC core networks. Integrate and configure new AMF, SMF, PCRF, MME, SGW, and PGW, and perform traffic migration from legacy to virtualized core nodes. Troubleshoot S1, S1-U, S3, S5, S6a, S8, S9, S11, SGi, N1, N2, N3, N4, N5, N6, N7, N8, N9, and N10 4G/5G network core interfaces
Handle cloud infrastructure platform delivery including deployment of network, computing and storage resources and executing VNF/CNF based capacity expansions. Perform firmware/software upgrades and resolve software defects and network vulnerabilities in the network. Conduct acceptance tests for NFVI, NFVO, VNFM and VNFs/CNFs nodes to ensure the network is ready for commercial use.
Validate and execute MOPs and network activities. Test new 4G/5G core features and conduct end-to-end call flow tests and various 4G/5G scenarios to evaluate functional performance and failover capabilities.
Conduct regression and stress/load testing, as well as CI/CD pipeline integration, to support continuous testing, network function stability, performance, and system behavior validation.
Develop and validate Telco Cloud Platform, Open RAN/O-RAN, LTE/4G, and 5G deployments; OSS/BSS systems; and platform models such as NFV and distributed/federated edge platforms (e.g., ETSI MEC).
